After waiting 40 minutes (sitting next to the pharmacy), I finally got the text saying that my prescription was ready, just to have the window closed in my face because it was time for lunch. I understand it was time for a lunch break, but I had already waited 20 minutes LONGER than they told me it would be, and I was sitting on the bench right next to the line. The customer service here is just awful. I will NOT be returning, and I’m getting my active prescription switched over to a different pharmacy.
Had our covid shots here. Spencer did a great job, and I didn’t even feel a thing! He said it was all done, and I thought he was joking. My wife has a needle phobia, and he did a great job being calm with her.
This is our neighborhood pharmacy in which our family has been able to find great prices and specials without the LONG waiting lines. The staff is super helpful, and they go above and beyond in their customer service. There is a young man who works there, Jaimie. He has, through that last couple of years, been way more than helpful. Our family will soon be moving, and we needed boxes. Jamie went beyond his duty and gave us a day and time to go pick up some boxes. He could have just said no, but he helped us out a lot with these boxes. We appreciate him for doing this for us. I love this Grant Pharmacy, and the pharmacists are so kind and helpful. The in-house selection of supplements is the best of any compounding pharmacy I’ve been to, and they also have greens available. Highly recommend!
I feel like every time I come to Tri-Unity Pharmacy, I’m waiting super long, which isn’t a huge deal. This one is particularly different was a fresh of air to see how efficient they were with my needs and super friendly. I was actually staffed too, which I can understand why it might take longer than usual. It is what it is. People need to slow down and relax.
I walked into the store and looked around for quite a while before anyone asked me if I needed help. I asked who the store manager was and was informed it was Rosanna. The store manager was not friendly or approachable and could care less that there were any customers in the store. Walgreens is disappointing, and I can proudly say Neergaard will gain my business.

They are very friendly and pleasant, but I must say if you don’t have insurance and pay out of pocket elsewhere. They don’t take prescription discount cards like major pharmacies and will upcharge you for medication.
