COVID-19 Update

Thank you for submitting your intake form.  We look forward to seeing you and your pet soon!

To our wonderful clients and your amazing pets!

As you are probably aware, the indoor mask mandate for the city of Chicago was lifted, Monday, February 28 in most settings. To ensure the continued safety of our clients and staff, Royal Treatment will continue to require universal masking in our clinic for now, and ask that you reschedule your appointment should you exhibit any COVID-19 like symptoms.

We will, however, be lifting our 1 owner limit in the exam rooms and are excited to see the whole family during your pets future appointments!

We thank you for your patience and support and promise to continue providing you with updates on any changes to our masking policy.

We’ve missed you all so much and would like to extend sincere gratitude to all of you in our animal loving community who exercised patience and understanding during these past years. It’s compassion from people like you that remind us why we chose a career in veterinary medicine!

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Due to an increase in street traffic near our Chicago location, parking spaces have decreased in our immediate area.  We recommend arriving 10 – 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time to look for legal parking on Rockwell and neighboring streets.  If you are unable to find parking, you may pull up to the silver garage door next to our entryway to drop off your pet.  After we take your pet inside, we recommend looking for nearby legal parking for the remainder of your visit.

Please park/stand here to drop off your pet for an appointment.

Please do not park or stand in front of the driveway leading to STAY Dog Hotel.  This driveway serves as a loading zone for their clients and helps keep traffic congestion to a minimum.  If you park there, you may be asked to relocate your vehicle to a legal spot, or the silver garage door next to our entrance.

Please do not park or stand in front of this entrance.

DISCHARGE

We accept all major credit cards, GE CareCredit, and personal checks.  We do not accept cash and cannot provide change.
